Let us know exactly what content you are disputing by providing a link from the Tones section of the iTunes Store. You can acquire the link from the iTunes app using your iPhone by selecting the Share button for the ringtone, selecting Copy Link, and then pasting the link into the form below. Please note: you may submit up to 50 links in a single dispute.?
Please use the drop-down menus below to select the nature of your dispute and the territories in which you are asserting rights. In the comments box, you should provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including identification of the intellectual property that you claim has been infringed. Anything you write in the comments field will be shared with the provider of the ringtone selected. After a dispute has been opened, you will have an opportunity to provide attachments or additional materials via email.
